What information do I need to book a shipment?
You'll need: your full name and contact details, pickup address, destination address, a description of the goods, approximate weight and dimensions, and your preferred shipping method. You can also add any special handling instructions.
How is the final shipping cost calculated?
Your final quote is based on the greater of the actual weight or volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 5000 cm), the destination zone, the shipping method selected, and any special handling requirements. We'll provide a confirmed quote before proceeding.
Can I ship restricted or hazardous items?
Certain items are restricted by international shipping regulations — including flammable materials, lithium batteries (beyond specific limits), narcotics and certain chemicals. We're licensed to handle many hazardous goods via sea freight. Contact us to discuss your specific cargo before booking.
How do I track my shipment after booking?
After booking, you'll receive a unique SWS Tracking ID via user dashboard (format: SWS-YYYY-XXXXXXXX). Visit our Track Shipment page, enter this ID and get a full real-time update on where your goods are and what stage of delivery they're at.
What happens if my goods are lost or damaged?
All shipments are fully insured. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, contact our support team immediately with your tracking ID and we will initiate a claims process. Compensation is paid based on the declared value of your goods within 14 business days of a confirmed claim.
Can I change or cancel my booking after submitting?
Yes — changes and cancellations can be made before your package is collected. Contact our support team as soon as possible via phone or WhatsApp with your booking reference. Once the package has been picked up, changes may incur additional charges.
